We compare the following and followers lists from your Instagram data export and show you everyone you follow who doesn't appear in your followers list. Both the JSON and HTML export formats work — upload the whole ZIP, or just the followers and following files from it.

When exporting, set Date range to All time. Any shorter range leaves older followers out of the export, and everyone missing shows up here as if they unfollowed you.

Everything is processed on the fly and nothing is stored — your data never leaves the request.

Meta's export may still omit some followers even with All time selected, so we rank results by how likely they are to be real (close friends, for example, almost always follow back) — and you should always verify in the Instagram app before unfollowing anyone.
